Medication Management

When you come to Equilibrium you will have the opportunity to be seen in one of our comfy offices or an interactive space. Each office offers a relaxing, no judgment atmosphere, where medication management and/or therapy takes place.

When meeting with a clinician a head to toe assessment is completed to make sure we understand your overall health and areas of concern. If medical concerns are present, further testing and/or referrals can be ordered. We use the patients' view/history, medical records and evidence based approaches when deciding which medications are options for treatment. Then give the patient choices and education about each medication option.
